1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
When you sign in to Prism, we collect the basic profile information Google provides through OAuth (name, email address, and Google account identifier).
1.2 Google Analytics (GA4) data
If you connect a Google Analytics 4 property, we access reporting data you are authorized to view for that
property — including sessions, users, traffic sources, landing pages, conversions, and device/engagement
metrics — using the read-only analytics.readonly scope.
1.3 Google Search Console data
If you connect a Search Console property, we access search performance data you are authorized to view for
that property — including queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position —
using the read-only webmasters.readonly scope.
1.4 Usage data
We collect standard operational data such as log records, IP address, browser type, and feature usage, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Google User Data
We use Google Analytics and Search Console data solely to:
- Display SEO and marketing performance dashboards and reports to the authorized account holder and their authorized team members.
- Generate trends, comparisons, and reporting exports (CSV, PDF, Excel) at your request.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues with your connected properties (e.g. failed syncs).
We do not:
- Sell or rent Google user data to any third party.
- Use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- Use Google user data to train generalized/blanket AI or machine learning models.
- Allow personnel to read Google user data except where strictly necessary for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit support request.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We may share information only with:
- Infrastructure and service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, database, email delivery) who process data solely on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and all data in transit is protected via HTTPS/TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5. Data Retention
We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the Service to you, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data, or disconnect a Google property, at any time.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data.
- Revoke Prism's access to your Google Account at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
- Withdraw consent for future data collection at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
