These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prism (the "Service"), a marketing analytics and SEO reporting platform operated by Techmagnate ("Techmagnate," "we," "us," or "our") and available at uat.techmagnate.com and rank.techmagnate.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Prism aggregates marketing and SEO data from connected sources — including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other supported integrations — into unified dashboards, reports, and exports for the account holder and their authorized team members.
2. Google Account Connection
By connecting a Google Account, you authorize Prism to access only the specific Google data (e.g. Analytics, Search Console) covered by the OAuth scopes you approve during consent. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account security settings. Our handling of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@techmagnate.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or another user's data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated means to scrape, extract, or overload the Service without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your Google Analytics, Search Console, and other connected account data. You grant Techmagnate a limited license to access, process, and display this data solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Prism — excluding data you connect from third-party sources — are owned by Techmagnate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techmagnate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google Account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
