Understanding the data
AI Visibility
The percentage of tracked prompts where your brand appears in the AI answer.
Appears in: LLM Tool
Citations
Web pages that an AI answer lists as its sources.
Appears in: LLM Tool → Citations
Example
For example, the MARKET LEADER card shows competitor A at 55%. Your row shows 35% and RANK 2. Competitor A's BEST PLATFORM is ChatGPT. You click View → on their row and read the ChatGPT answers. You notice the answers cite their comparison guides. That gives you an idea for new content.
Tips
- Compare CITATIONS with AI VISIBILITY. A brand with many citations has pages that AI tools trust as sources.
- Check the TREND column after you publish new content.
- Use the category filter to see who leads each topic.
Common issues
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| No competitor data available. | Check that competitors are set on the LLM project, or pick another date. |
| No trend data | The trend chart needs data from more than one date. |
