What is it?
The Sentiments screen shows the tone AI answers use about your brand. AI Visibility is the LLM Tool in your Prism sidebar. Sentiment means whether the answer sounds positive, neutral or negative about you.
Why use it?
- To find answers that describe your brand badly.
- To learn what AI tools think are your strengths and weaknesses.
- To get ideas for content that changes how you are described.
Before you start
You need an LLM project with answers for the selected date.

| Positive | Reinforce with more success stories & case studies |
| Neutral | Add opinionated, concrete content to shift neutral → positive |
| Negative | Address pricing & trust objections with targeted content |

Example
For example, the distribution shows 20 positive, 25 neutral and 5 negative answers. You click Negative. Three answers on one platform say your product is expensive. The Action column suggests content on pricing. You write a clear pricing comparison page and check the screen again on a later date.
Tips
- Read negative answers in full. Find the prompt in Brand Visibility.
- Neutral answers are a chance to give AI tools more concrete facts about you.
- See Reading an AI answer for the answer pop-up.
