Navigating Prism
Find your way around Prism: the left sidebar, the Current Project switcher, the account menu and how to reach each report.

This page explains the main parts of the Prism screen and how to reach each report.
- 1Left sidebar — Lists the reports for the selected project.

The top bar
The Current Project switcher sits in the top bar. Every report shows data for the project selected here.
- Click it and type in Search projects… to find a project.
- The + New project button opens the Client panel, where admins manage projects. See Set up a project.
The left sidebar
The sidebar lists the reports in groups. You only see the modules that are turned on for your project. Dashboard and Integrations are always available.

Screens without a sidebar item
Some screens open from buttons, not from the sidebar:

| Integrations | Also opens from Property settings, Connect and Go to Integrations on the analytics screens. |
Inside Advanced Analytics, tabs take you to each report: Category Breakdown, URL Breakdown, Keywords Breakdown, SEO Root Cause Analysis, URL Deep Dive, Anomaly Wizard and Opportunity Finder. Learn about them in the Search Analytics guides.
The account menu
Your name is at the bottom of the left sidebar. Click it to open the account menu with Change password and Log out. See Your account.
The Client panel
The Client panel is for project admins and owners. Its sidebar has these groups:
- Workspace: Team and Project settings.
- Keyword Setting: upload and export keyword files.
To go back to your reports, use the Prism panel. Learn more in Team members and Project settings.
When a page is blocked
If you open a page that is not part of your project, you see This module isn't available and This page isn't included for the selected project. Contact your administrator if you need access. Ask your admin to turn on the module or give you access. See Roles and permissions.
Frequently asked questions
Where is Advanced Analytics in the sidebar?
It has no sidebar item. Open Analytics (GA4 + GSC) from the sidebar, then click the Advanced Analytics button.
How do I switch to another project?
Use the Current Project switcher in the top bar. Type in Search projects to find the one you want.
Why is a page missing from my sidebar?
You only see pages that are turned on for the selected project, minus any pages your admin has restricted for you. Ask your admin if you need access.
