You need a Prism account to see your reports. This page shows you how to sign up, how to sign in, and what each message means.
Before you start
- Use your work email address. Your admin links projects to your email, so use the same one they know.
- Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
- Your teammates may have already added you to a project. If so, ask your admin how you should get your password before you sign up.

On the sign-in page, click Sign Up next to "Don't have an account?". You will see Create your account.

Frequently asked questions
Does Remember me keep me signed in?
No. Remember me only remembers your email address on this browser. You still type your password each time you sign in.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Prism has no Forgot password link. Ask your Prism admin or your Techmagnate contact, or email support@techmagnate.com.
Why am I not signed in after I create my account?
This is expected. After sign-up, Prism shows Account created successfully and takes you to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new email and password.
What does User already exists mean?
An account with that email address already exists. Sign in with it instead of signing up again.
