Unified Dashboard
See every connected Prism module on one screen, and learn why a module card may show a message instead of numbers.

What is it?
The Unified Dashboard is a one-screen summary of your whole project. A project is everything about one website or brand in Prism (see project). The dashboard shows a card for each data module, a few key numbers from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC), and the traffic that AI assistants send to your site.
Why use it?
- To check, in one glance, which modules are connected and working.
- To see your organic traffic and top Google queries without opening a full report.
- To see how much traffic comes from AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Perplexity.
Before you start
- Connect GA4 and Search Console. See Connect your data.
- Ranking modules (Google SERP, Bing, Play Store, App Store, YouTube) need a tracking project linked to your project. Your admin sets these up in Project settings.
How to use it
Open the dashboard
In the left sidebar, under Overview, click Unified Dashboard.
Check the module counter
Look at N / 6 modules connected to see how many modules have data.
Read the module cards
Each card shows its headline number or a message that explains why it has no data.

Click Open full analytics → to open the full Analytics screen.
Understanding the screen
Dates on this screen
The Unified Dashboard has no date picker.
- GA4 and Search Console numbers always use a fixed Last 28 days.
- Each ranking module uses its own most recent synced days.
To choose your own dates, use the Analytics screen.
Modules connected counter
N / 6 modules connected tells you how many of the six module cards have data. For example, 4 / 6 modules connected means two modules are not set up or have no recent data.
Module cards
There are six module cards.
| Card | Headline number | Other numbers |
|---|---|---|
| GA4 + Search Console | organic sessions | GSC Clicks, Avg Position, Conversions |
| Google SERP | avg position | Keywords, Top-10, Visibility |
| Bing Rankings | avg position | Keywords, Top-10, Visibility |
| Play Store | avg position | Keywords, Top-10, Visibility |
| App Store | avg position | Keywords, Top-10, Visibility |
| YouTube Ranking | avg position | Keywords, Top-10, Visibility |
A session is one visit to your website. Average position is your average place in the results, where 1 is the top.
When a card has nothing to show, it shows one of these messages instead:
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| No ... project connected for this master project. | No tracking project for this module is linked to your project. |
| No ranking data has synced yet for this project. | The tracking project exists, but no ranking data has arrived yet. |
| Last synced N days ago — too stale to show as a current dashboard. | The last sync is more than 45 days old, so Prism hides it here. |
| Neither Google Analytics nor Search Console is connected for this project yet. | The GA4 + Search Console card has no data source. |
KPI cards
- Organic Sessions (GA4) — visits from unpaid search results in the last 28 days.
- LLM Referral Traffic — sub-line GA4 source = AI assistants. These are GA4 sessions that came from an AI assistant. See LLM referral traffic.
Traffic from LLMs
Traffic from LLMs shows one card for each AI assistant that sent you visits. Under it, the LLM share of referral traffic bar shows how the AI traffic is split between assistants.
GA4 · Organic traffic
This panel shows your organic Sessions, Users, Conversions and Eng. Rate (engagement rate) from GA4.
GSC · Top queries
This list shows your top 5 Google search queries from Search Console, plus a (not set) row. (not set) is the part of your clicks that Google does not tie to any query, for privacy reasons. Read (not set) explained.
Status chips and link
The status chips show whether GA4 and GSC are connected, for example GA4 connected or GA4 not connected. The Open full analytics → link opens the Analytics (GA4 + GSC) screen.
Example
For example, your dashboard shows 5 / 6 modules connected. The YouTube Ranking card says Last synced 60 days ago — too stale to show as a current dashboard. This means your YouTube tracking has not synced for more than 45 days. Ask your admin to check the YouTube tracking project in Project settings.
Tips
- Use this screen as a daily health check. If a number looks odd, open the full report to find the cause.
- GA4 sessions and GSC clicks will never match exactly. They come from separate tracking systems. See Reading charts.
Common issues
| Message | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Connect Google Analytics to see LLM referral traffic. / Connect Google Analytics to see organic traffic. | Connect GA4 in Integrations. |
| Connect Search Console to see query performance. | Connect Search Console in Integrations. |
| No LLM-referred sessions in this range. | No AI assistant sent visits in the last 28 days. This is normal for many sites. |
| No Search Console data synced for this range yet. | Search Console is connected but data has not arrived yet. Wait for the next daily sync. |
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the date range on the Unified Dashboard?
No. GA4 and Search Console always show the last 28 days, and each ranking module shows its own most recent synced days. Use the Analytics screen or Advanced Analytics to pick your own dates.
Why does a ranking module say it is too stale to show?
Its last sync was more than 45 days ago. Prism hides old ranking data on this screen so the dashboard only shows current numbers.
What does 4 / 6 modules connected mean?
Four of the six module cards have data to show. The other two are not connected or have no recent data.
