Exports & Data
Download Prism tables and reports as Excel, CSV or PDF files, and learn which exports are built in your browser and which come from the server.

Many Prism tables have a download option. You can save the data as an Excel file, a CSV file or a PDF, then share it or work on it in a spreadsheet.
Prism has two kinds of export:
- Table exports built in your browser. These use the export menu (Export Excel, Export CSV, Export PDF) on Advanced Analytics tables. The file holds the rows the table has loaded on screen. Nothing is sent to the server.
- Files made on Prism's server. These include the Export all N (CSV) button in Keyword Explorer, the Export and Opportunity buttons on rank tracking, and the Export buttons on the LLM Tool screens. The server builds the file and your browser downloads it.
Exports always use exact numbers. A value shown on screen as "4.4K" is saved as the full number.
