Request Access to a Module
Ask for a module your project doesn't have yet, such as Bing or YouTube, with the Request access button on the Unified Dashboard.
3 min read Updated
What is it?
Your project may not include every module. A module is one part of Prism, such as Google SERP, Bing Rankings, AI Intelligence, Play Store, App Store, YouTube Ranking or GA4 + Search Console. When a module is missing, you can ask for it with one click from the Unified Dashboard.
When you see the button
Open Unified Dashboard from the Overview group in the left sidebar. Each module has a card. A card that cannot show numbers has a badge that explains why:
| Badge | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Not assigned | "No … project is assigned to this master project." The module is not part of your project. | Click Request access. |
| No access | "You don't have access to … for this master project." The module is in the project, but your admin has hidden it from you. | Click Request access, or ask your project admin. |
| No data | "A … project is assigned, but it has no data for the selected date range." | Pick a wider date range, or wait for the next sync. |
| Not connected | Shown on the GA4 + Search Console card when no Google property is connected. | Click Connect now to open Integrations & MCP. See Connect your data. |
How to request access
Open the Unified Dashboard
Make sure the right project is selected in the project switcher at the top.
Find the card
Look for a card with the Not assigned or No access badge.
Click Request access
The button shows Sending…. When the request is sent, the button turns into Request pending.
What happens next
The Prism team reviews your request. The card shows where it stands:
| On the card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Request pending | Your request is waiting for review. |
| Approved · being set up | Your request was approved. The module is being set up. |
| Previous request declined | Your request was not approved. If the team left a note, it is shown after the words. Click Request again to ask again. |
You only see your own requests. Each module keeps its latest request, so you can track several at once.
Common issues
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Could not send the request | Try again in a moment. |
| You are not a member of this project | You are looking at a project you are not part of. Switch project, or ask the project admin to add you. |

Who reviews my request?
The Prism team at Techmagnate. While they review it, the card shows Request pending.
My request was approved but I still can't see the module. Why?
Approved · being set up means the team has agreed and is setting it up. The card starts showing data once the module is ready and has synced.
Can I ask again after a request is declined?
Yes. The card shows Previous request declined, with the reason if one was given, and a Request again button.
